Overview

The Apple Loan Manager is an application developed for Apple to help the Developer Relations department manage the loan inventory they issue to apple developers in the UK. As a result of the introduction of US legislation, Sarbanes-Oxley, Apple now need to provide a transparent account of where all their loan equipment is at any given point.

The system focuses on the creation of a loan record for each piece of equipment held, and goes on to manage the delivery of the items, the retrieval and ensures the levels of stock in the inventory are updated in real time.
